Shipping Policy

All vacuums, sewing machines and sergers will have a minimum shipping charge of $25.00; all other products will have a minimum shipping charge of $12.00. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Policy

Refunds

Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 14 days of the shipping date. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of your receiving your return. Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

A 15% restocking fee or the cost of shipping may be charged at our discretion on items returned or refused because they are unwanted.

Note: Shavers, shaver parts, flat irons, hair dryers, trimmers, massagers, foot spas and other personal hygiene products can never be returned once opened.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 14 days of its shipping date. You will need to pay a minimum of $5.95 to cover shipping on the item you are exchanging for. We will close and credit your previous order (less shipping charges) and create a new order for you. If we are unable to replace the item, you will be credited for the amount of the item.

Do not send us your old broken parts to see if we can get new ones. We cannot accept them due to insurance and health liabilities.

How to Return/Exchange your item

In order to return or exchange an item you will need to fill out our return merchandise request form. We will then provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to insure that your return is properly routed and that your refund or replacement is processed properly.
